Azodicarbonamide (AC or ADCA) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205.Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self-extinguishing when flame is removed.

Azodicarbonamide Chemical Powder offered comprises a quality processed chemical compound and in yellow to orange red crystalline powder form. • Light yellow fine powder. It is one of the most widely used chemical foaming agents due to its non toxic, odorless, self extinguishing, relatively high decomposition temperature, and relatively large gas evolution properties, good dispersing in plastic and rubber

Main Application:

• It is well known as the most popular and effective chemical foaming agent for PVC, PS, PP, PE, TPR and rubber applications. It is particularly applicable for compression molding of PE, commonly applied in hot press big mold of EVA or compression molding of PVC, for compression molding or free style of rubber and plastic blends. It is widely used in low foaming PE or EVA, such as rigid sheet material and slippers, lining of luggage, etc.

Storage:

• Storage stability is excellent under normal conditions. This product should be stored in a cool dry place, away from fire, spark and heat. If fire, extinguishing use water spray, carbon dioxide or dry chemical powder. Don't attempt manual fire fighting
