Tripropylene Glycol Diacrylate (TPGDA) is a chemical used in a variety of applications, including:

SF-X570/174 is a reactive chemical with methacrylic-based organic functional groups and trimethoxysilyl-based inorganic functional groups. This bifunctional group structure gives SF-X570 special properties: it can organically bond inorganic materials (such as glass, silica) and organic thermosetting resins to promote adhesion, crosslinking agents and / or the role of surface modifiers. It is a colorless and transparent liquid that is sensitive to light and heat, has a clear sweet smell, soluble alcohols, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.

Applications

Treatment of glass fiber yarn with a wetting agent containing SF-X570 silane coupling agent (containing film-forming agent, lubricant and antistatic agent) can increase the mechanical strength of this glass fiber yarn-reinforced composite material. SF-X570 can improve the wet and dry mechanical strength of polyester composites filled with silica, glass, silicate and metal

oxides.

SF-X570 can improve the wet electrical properties of many inorganic filler filled composites.

SF-X570 can be copolymerized with vinyl acetate and acrylate or methacrylate monomers to synthesize silane-based polymers that can be cross-linked and cured at room temperature. These silylated polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants. Provides excellent adhesion and durability.

SF-X570 silane can be applied to inorganic surfaces in the form of a diluted aqueous solution (0.1 to 0.5% silane). When preparing an aqueous solution, adjust the pH of the water to 3.0 to 4.5 with acetic acid, then add silane while stirring well.
