HAISIS JH-8161 is a clear, linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and isoprene with a polystyrene content of 16%. JH-8161 is used as an ingredient in formulating adhesives, sealants and coatings. It also can be used as a modifier of thermoplastics and in compound formulations.

1. Physical characteristics:
Granules that seem off-white or transparent
Form: Granules or solid pellets
0.90 to 0.92 g/cm³ is the density.
230 to 270°C is the melting point, depending on the formulation.
Weight in moles (Mw): 80,000–110,000 g/mol
Glass The polyisoprene portion's transition temperature (Tg) is around -70°C.
