Resinous ester or mixture of esters made by combining a resin of acid nature or resin acids with a polyhydric alcohol especially a hard usually pale substance made by heating rosin with glycerol and used in varnishes, lacquers, and printing inks.

Features:

• Soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, soluble in esters and ketones, insoluble in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and water.
• Compatible with EVA (Ethylene and Vinyl Acetate Copolymer), natural and synthetic rubbers and other polymers.

Applications:

• Amberyl 1200 is recommended for use in hot melts adhesive formulations, contact adhesives, coatings and other applications.

Stability and Storage:

• Handle with caution avoiding any spillage. Keep the bags closed. Store indoors without direct sunlight in a cool place free from moisture so that the product maintains its properties. Resin flakes and pastilles tend to have oxidations, which could cause darkening color and can also affect on solubility with extend storage and/or exposed to heat.

Keliren Chlorinated Polyethylene(CPE) thermoplastic resins are widely used as impact modifiers in PVC extrusion and injection molding applications, especially in products such as siding, widow profiles and pipe. The low dosage levels of Keliren resins with rigid PVC resins can significantly improve impact strength and also act as a processing aid. In addition to offering attributes such as good chemical resistance, excellent low temperature properties, high filler level acceptance and excellent compatibility with a broad range of formulation ingredients,Keliren resins offer excellent resistance to weathering in a properly formulated compound.

Features:

• CPE is the most generally and economically adopted impact modifier for PVC profile industry.
• Pipes modified by Keliren resins will improve much in its impact resistance and weather resistance. Especially, Keliren resins are widely used in heavy caliber pressure-resistant liquid conveying pipes for increasing pressurization properties and also increasing service life.
• Soft products produced by blending of Keliren resins with PVC, Keliren resins act as the permanent high molecular-plasticizer for PVC could successfully avoid migration effect by common plasticizers such as DOP, etc.
• Kelirenresins are also used as modifier or compatible agent for FR-ABS, SAN, HDPE, and PP, adding both impact strength and ignition resistance.
• Keliren resins are superior in abrasion resistance and has long flexible life and are widely used in production of shoe application .
